Area of Production: Sinio, altitude of 365 m, exposed to the west.

Soil: Sandy, calcareous, sub-alkaline reaction, low nitrogen content and good levels of magnesium

Harvest time: Manual, 30% of vines planted in 1944, selection during the period of colors change

Vinification: 2-day maceration, 10-day fermentation, then aged for 20 months in oak barrels

In the Cellar: 20 months in oak barrels from Slavonia and French barrels, 9 months refinement

Alcohol: 14-14.5%

Serving Temperature: 16 degrees C
