Varietal: 100% Nascetta

Area of Production: Sinio, 403 m altitude, with exposure to the North.

Soil: Sandy, calcareous with sub-alkaline reaction and low nitrogen content.

Harvest time: Manual, some vintages will be different.

Vinification: Cold maceration, malolactic fermentation does not occur.

In the Cellar: Cold maceration for 72 hours with skins, aged in concrete vat with batonage.

Alcohol: 13%

Serving Temperature: 8-12 degrees C°

Pairings: vegetables, white meat, shellfish, spring risotto
