Soil: Sandy, calcareous with sub-alkaline reaction and low nitrogen content.
Harvest time: Manual, some vintages will be different.
Vinification: Cold maceration, malolactic fermentation does not occur.
In the Cellar: Cold maceration for 72 hours with skins, aged in concrete vat with batonage.
Alcohol: 13%
