Tizzano Barbera Frizzante

Varietal: Barbera 100%

Area of Production: Emilia Romagna

Ruby red in color with violet reflections, this Barbera Frizzante is a dry, full-bodied, slightly tannic, and harmonious lightly sparkling red wine. It offers fresh fruit aromas and a lively, balanced taste, making it a distinctive expression of Emilia-Romagna wine tradition.

The grapes are de-stemmed and softly pressed, then macerated for 6/8 days in steel tanks at a temperature below 28° C, with punching down and short pumping over.

The specific precautions, foreseen by the vinification protocol, aim to preserve the natural richness of aromas and the gustatory freshness of the grape.

It goes well with cured meats, crescentine, tigelle and, why not, tortellini in broth and Bolognese dry pasta. An excellent food pairing wine for traditional Emilia Romagna cuisine.

Serving temperature: 10 / 12° C

PRODUCT FEATURES

Barbera is typically a dry red wine with bright acidity, fresh fruit character, and a soft, approachable style. Frizzante refers to a lightly sparkling wine with gentle bubbles.
