Return & Refund Policy

Our goal is to ensure 100% satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 24 hours of the order received date for a full product refund. Credit will not be permitted if unsatisfactory items are discarded or partially consumed. Please keep all packaging undamaged for any possible returns.

Any and all claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt of shipment and a return authorization will be issued, please send an email to infoweb@titaitalia.com. Once the claim is received and accepted, we will ship again new items or will issue a credit only after the merchandise is received by our warehouse. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization or pictures that provide the issues.

With our 24 hours "No Hassle" policy, we will gladly refund your purchase price, excluding any shipping charges. Items returned MUST be in perfect condition, and not partially consumed and in the original packaging. We ship all orders containing perishable items (fresh and frozen truffles, caviar) only via UPS next day. If your order includes perishable or combined perishable and non-perishable items, it will be shipped either Next Day Air. Please provide a picture or appropriate documentation of the affected items to infoweb@titaitalia.com.

Any perishable items such as truffles or caviar should be returned in a foam box and ice pack frozen via next day shipping. If perishable items are not shipped as instructed, the credit will not be approved. Any and all claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt of shipment and a return authorization will be issued; please send an email to infoweb@titaitalia.com. Once the claim is received and accepted, we will ship again new items or will issue a credit only after the merchandise will be received by our warehouse. No returns will be accepted without previous authorization.

If the packacing result delivered or not deliverd and you have a complain, we will open a claim to the currier. This will need 3/4 days of investigation. After this time we will be able to answer to your claim.

Claims must be submitted via email to:

infoweb@titaitalia.com within 24 hours from delivery receipt, indicating a legitimate reason. Our customer service team will contact you back within 24 hours Monday through Friday.

Credit will not be granted if unsatisfactory items are discarded or partially consumed. Please keep all packaging intact for returns. Once a claim is reviewed and accepted by Tita Italian, we will automatically reship merchandise.
