Shipping Policy

Processed and Shipped Next Business Day

Our goal is to ship your order within 1 business day of receiving and confirming your order. Generally, this means that your order is packed and shipped from our warehouse within 24 hours (excluding weekends and federal holidays) after your order and payment have been received and confirmed.

Delays may occur if we need to verify discrepancies during the checkout process or investigate any irregularities. To avoid delays, please ensure that all billing, shipping, and contact information is accurate before submitting your order.

Orders received before 11:00 AM (EST) on a business day are generally shipped the same day. Orders received after 11:00 AM (EST) will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Delivery Options (United States)

Tita Italia offers the following shipping methods:

Next Business Day Air – $50.00
- Available for orders placed before 11:00 AM (EST), Monday through Thursday.
- FREE on qualifying Fresh Truffle and Caviar orders over $200.
Standard Ground (5–8 Business Days) – $15.00
- FREE on orders over $99.00.
Local Delivery – $10.00
- Available for deliveries within 10 miles of our warehouse.
- Minimum order: $60.00.

Free Shipping Eligibility

Products that are individually marked as "Free Shipping" or otherwise include complimentary shipping do not count toward the minimum purchase amount required to qualify for our site-wide Free Shipping promotions (such as Free Ground Shipping on orders over $99 or Free Next Business Day Air on qualifying orders over $200).

Only the value of products that are not already offered with free shipping will be counted toward the applicable free shipping threshold.

Example: If your cart contains $80 in products that already include free shipping and $30 in regular products, only the $30 will count toward the minimum required to qualify for the Free Shipping promotion.

Important Shipping Information

Orders placed after 11:00 AM (EST) will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Fresh perishable products, including Fresh Truffles and Caviar, are not shipped on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, or prior Federal Holidays to prevent products from remaining in transit over the weekend.

For example, if you place an order after 11:00 AM (EST) on Thursday, your fresh order will be processed and shipped on Monday using your selected shipping method.

Delivery Disclaimer

While we make every effort to ship orders promptly, delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Carrier delays (UPS or USPS)
Severe weather
Order verification
Unexpected transportation disruptions

If your order is time-sensitive, we strongly recommend selecting a shipping method that allows at least two additional business days before your required delivery date.

Perishable Products

To ensure maximum freshness, all perishable products are shipped in insulated Styrofoam containers with ice packs specifically designed to maintain proper temperatures during transit.

We strongly recommend that someone be available to receive the package, sign for delivery when required, and refrigerate perishable products immediately upon arrival.

Once a shipment has been accepted by the carrier (UPS or USPS), as confirmed by the tracking information, Tita Italia is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or package theft after delivery.
