Oscietra Imperial is a premium imperial caviar extracted from the Russian sturgeon, a species originally native to the Caspian Sea, Black Sea and Azov Sea. This medium-size fish can weigh from 20 to 60 kg (44 to 132 lbs). Only the best and largest eggs (more than 3mm) are selected for this delicate, complex and slightly nutty caviar. With dark brown and beige nuances, this is the cream of the crop. Its superior flavors are best appreciated by tasting it simply on its own to slowly savor all its regal nuances.
