Sordo Barbaresco DOCG
This bright ruby red Barbaresco is fairly transparent, tending towards garnet with ageing. To the nose, it expresses great elegance and refinement, with floral aromas of violet and small red fruits, exotic notes and delicately spiced nuances. On the palate it is balanced and full-bodied, with velvety tannins, nice freshness and a refined, lingering finish. It shows the typical profile for Nebbiolo, with excellent aging prospects and reaches the height of its expression after at least 5/10 years.

Area of production: Barbaresco, Neive and Treiso
Vinification: In stainless steel temperature controlled vats.
Maturation: 6 months in stainless steel vats.
Ageing : 12 months in large Slavonian oak barrels.
