Its bright, clear color recalls mahogany tones, while the bouquet is fresh and slightly pungent, with fruity notes. The taste is bold and enveloping, with a balanced harmony between acid and sweet notes. Its strong acidity and rich aromatic profile make it a perfect accompaniment to vegetable dishes.
