Server Cold Plate Ceramic Cold Plate
Calvisius introduces a custom line of plates by Infinito Design, made in Italy and featuring a proprietary material, Krion K-Life Solid Surface, made by two thirds rock ore and one third methyl methacrylate. Thanks to its versatility, Krion K-Life Solid Surface allows the plate to hold temperature: heat if warmed up, or cold if kept in the freezer prior to use.
For caviar service, place the cold plate in the freezer for about 6 hours; the plate helps maintain caviar at the proper serving temperature for up to two hours. This cold plate is designed for elegant caviar presentation, efficient cold retention, and refined service.
