Combo Truffle Pasta and Truffle Sauce

The selected raw materials and the prized Truffle of our territory are combined and processed to make Tagliolini Pasta according to the ancient recipe of Campofilone.

The thin cut and the slow drying at low temperatures make this porous paste, impalpable in thickness, making it the authentic expression of a refined product of real class. Durum wheat flour, real eggs, pristine water and finely chopped pieces of truffles. No additives or preservatives are used in this Italian artisan pasta, which creates a natural, rich cooked dish in combination with Salsa Tartufata a mushroom sauce with real truffle pieces made by Tartufi Jimmy, our specialty producer of ceps and truffles, based in Pietralunga, Umbria. 

This truffle and Mushrooms Sauce is delicate and creamy. Ideal combinaation with our pasta or also perfect for risottos and gnocchi. It will also sublimate a simple omelette! This sauce allows you to make gourmet and refined dishes without having to spend hours in the kitchen.
