Sordo Langhe Nebbiolo DOC
Wine produced with the Langa grape variety of the same name, this Langhe Nebbiolo is best enjoyed young and is ideal for drink now enjoyment. It has a bright red color and a characteristic, intense yet delicate aroma, with hints of violet, dried flowers, and raspberry. The flavor is dry, velvety, medium-bodied, and well balanced with a harmonious body.

Soil : Compact and deep bluish grey calcareous marls
Vinification: In stainless steel temperature-controlled vats at 30°
Maturation: 6 months in stainless steel vats.
Ageing : 9 months in large Slavonian oak barrels.
Alcohol: 13.5%
Serving Temperature: 16°-18°C
