Salsa Tartufata is a mushroom sauce with real white truffle pieces made by Tartufi Jimmy, our specialty producer of ceps and truffles, based in Pietralunga, Umbria.
This White Truffle and Mushrooms Sauce is delicate and creamy. This sauce is savored with aperitivo on crostini. It is also ideal for seasoning pasta, risottos and gnocchi.
