Breaded Prawns in Panura Saffron with Vegan Mayonnaise & Black Truffle

This recipe is so delicious and quick, you won't believe it took you less than 20 minutes to make! 

Ingredients for 4 people:



Place the bread inside the blender and at the same time boil the saffron pistils in 50cc of water. Once the pistils have released the typical color of saffron, add the bread and mix. Pass the Argentine shrimps in the panura and place them in the previously heated oven. Cook for about 4 minutes at 220 degrees. Add the vegan mayonnaise to the black truffle to the prawns.
