Cedrata Tassoni Virgin Cocktail Recipe: Basito Tassoni

A non-alcoholic long drink that belongs to the crushed family, such as the famous Mojito, but with an aromatic variation that marries the Italian tradition: basil instead of mint.

Ingredients
¼ of lime some basil leaves
1 teaspoon of white sugar
Cedrata Tassoni
glass: high tumbler

Preparation
Cut a quarter of lime into small pieces. Place the lime, basil leaves, sugar in the glass and crush with care. We fill the glass with ice cubes and fill with Cedrata Tassoni. We mix gently to limit the dispersion of the carbonation of the drink. We decorate with apical leaves of basil.
