Ordinary potatoes become a sensational appetizer when baked in a rich mixture of cream, cheese, and truffle sauces. Finishing it with a drizzle of truffle oil or fresh black truffles adds an aromatic touch.

Ingredients

300g boiled potatoes

300g fresh cream

200g milk

5 eggs (medium size)

30g flour

50g Parmesan Cheese

90g Black Truffle Puree


Instructions:

Put a small pot full of water at the bottom of the oven to humidify it and preheat the oven at 130 degrees C. In the meantime mix all the ingredients (above) in a bowl, blend them and put the mixture in specific molds, previously greased.

Put the flan in the oven and cook for 50 minutes. Top with shaved black truffles.
