If you're looking for a simple, yet authentic Italian recipe, look no further this delicious Tagliolini dish. If you're not familiar with Tagliolini, it's long strands of pasta somewhere between capellini and tagliatelle in thickness an is as a typical regional pasta in Liguria, Emilia-Romagna, Molise and Piemonte regions of Italy.
Procedure:
Bring the water to a boil, add salt (we recommend adding 10g of salt for each liter of water), and add the Tagliolini. Cooking Tagliolini is about 2 minutes. In a pan add the broth, truffle sauce, butter, and heat without evaporating the broth. Once the Tagliolini is cooked, pour them into the pan with the mixture and sauté them. Remove from the heat and stir in the Parmigiano Reggiano.
