Natural, grilled, or fried, this polenta is particularly tasty when put together with soft and aged cheeses, mushrooms and/or salamis.
Soft creamy POLENTA made with yellow cornflour which has been precooked. It is ready in no time and can be eaten as it is, fried or grilled or with so and mature cheeses, mushrooms and cold meats.
Size: 1lb 1.6 oz / 500 gr
Use: for optimal cooking we recommend using plenty of water. When boiling, add salt, pour the dough and mix gently after it has softened. Cooking time 2/3 minutes. Season with a little butter and serve hot.
