The Black Truffle Tagliolini is handmade pasta made from all natural ingredients, flavored with real truffles made by Tartufi Jimmy, our specialist truffle producer based in Pietralunga, Umbria. This is campofilone fresh egg pasta, one of only two IGP pasta labels in Italy, which requires a minimum of 32% fresh eggs in the recipe. This pasta is subtly integrated with black truffle and summer truffle, for a harmonious balance between the good taste of this famous dough and the power of the truffle.

Being a thin pasta, it needs a quick cooking. Add a bit of butter to exalt all the smell that this kind of pasta produces.

Handmade in Italy
Use: for optimal cooking we recommend using plenty of water. When boiling, add salt, pour the dough and mix gently after it has softened. Cooking time 2/3 minutes. Season with a little butter and serve hot.
We advise you to cook black truffle tagliolini for two minutes in a large volume of boiling water, drain and finish cooking in a non-stick pan seasoning.
Or for a more simple and traditional route, simply add a spoonful of truffle butter, parmesan cheese, and slices of white and black truffles.
