ACTIVE VEGETABLE CHARCOAL Powder – NATURAL BLACK
Premium pharmaceutical-grade activated vegetable charcoal powder, the same quality commonly used as a base ingredient in food supplements. Also suitable as a black food coloring (E153).
Activated vegetable charcoal is widely known for its ability to help reduce abdominal bloating by absorbing excess intestinal gas when taken after meals. Regular use may help the stomach appear flatter by reducing gas-related swelling. It is important to note that activated charcoal does not promote weight loss; its effect is related only to gas absorption.
The powder can be used both as a dietary supplement and as a culinary ingredient. In cooking, it is ideal for creating visually striking black doughs such as bread, pizza, pasta, and baked goods. Activated charcoal is nearly tasteless and does not alter the flavor of recipes.
Recommended culinary dosage:
10–15 g of charcoal powder per 1 kg of flour.
Important precautions:
Activated charcoal may reduce the effectiveness of certain medications, including antibiotics and oral contraceptives. Always check medication instructions before use. Excessive intake during pregnancy is not recommended.
