Vinification: Franciacorta method (traditional champagne method)
Ageing: Over 42 months from harvesting (30 on yeasts), rests in bottles for another 5-6 months
Alcohol: 13% Vol.
Serving temperature: 8-10 degrees C
Pairings: Pasta dishes, fish, meat, preserved meats & cheeses.
