Tizzano Winery
Varietal: Pignoletto 100%
Area of Production: Emilia Romagna
Serving temperature: 11/13 ° C
The wine has a brilliant straw yellow color; the nose has notes of elderflower and fresh grass; in the mouth it is striking for its elegant and sustained body and long persistence.
The grapes are pressed and de-stemmed. The must is separated from the solid parts by soft pressing and after cold static decantation, it is sent to alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16/18 ° C.
Part of the fermentation takes place in Barrique. This is followed by a period of maturation on the fine fermentation lees where the wine is enriched with aromatic complexity and volume.
Pairings: Excellent with first courses based on asparagus, mushrooms and truffles, white meats, fish and medium-aged cheeses.
