Pignoletto Superiore Tizzano DOCG

Tizzano Winery

Varietal: Pignoletto 100% , 750ml

Area of Production: Emilia Romagna

Serving temperature: 10/12° C

This Emilia Romagna white wine has a brilliant straw yellow color. On the nose, it offers notes of elderflower and fresh grass. In the mouth, it stands out for its elegant, sustained body and long persistence. The grapes are pressed and de-stemmed. The must is separated from the solid parts by soft pressing and, after cold static decantation, it is sent to alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16/18 ° C.

Part of the fermentation takes place in Barrique. This is followed by a period of maturation on the fine fermentation lees, where the wine is enriched with aromatic complexity and volume.

Pairings: Excellent with first courses based on asparagus, mushrooms and truffles, white meats, fish and medium-aged cheeses.
