Vinificaition : Cold static decantation of the juice for 24 hours. Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature at 14 °C in steel containers. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation, organic clarification, brief storage in steel and in the bottle for at least 3-4 months.
Nose : Intense, persistent and fine, floral notes blend with aromas of ripe yellow fruit, apple and pear peel.
Taste : Dry, fairly warm, fresh and well structured with hints of green apple, apricot, pineapple and almond aftertaste; savory, soft and balanced.
Alcohol content: 12,5% Vol
Serving temperature: 8-10 ° C
