Rosé Perle Rosé

Rosé Perle Rosé is an elegant and refreshing French rosé crafted from carefully selected vineyards at Domaine du Vieux Lavoir in Southern France. Made with premium grapes and vinified at low temperatures, it delivers delicate aromas, vibrant freshness, and exceptional balance.

Perfect as an aperitif or paired with light Mediterranean cuisine, seafood, salads, grilled meats, tapas, and Asian dishes.

Harvest

Grapes are harvested during the night to preserve freshness and aromatic intensity.

Cold maceration for 4–5 hours followed by temperature-controlled fermentation. The wine is gently racked and filtered using tangential filtration to maintain purity and freshness.

Aging

Aged in stainless steel tanks for 3–6 months.

Alcohol

12.5% ABV
