Ottava Rima Organic Super Tuscan
Fresh and lively ruby colour, with an intense and fresh aroma of flowers and fresh, pulpy fruits, among which are recognisable violet, cherry and blackberry. It is a structured and well balanced wine, with a slender body, distinguishable for a pleasant taste, supported by a soft mouthfeel and balanced by fresh sensations and non-intrusive tannins.
Varietal: 60% Sangiovese, 40% Alicante
Area of Production: Maremma Tuscany, 320 m above sea level, arid climate
Soil: Rich in clay, mineral salts, rich in silt
Harvest Time: End of September, manually in boxes
Vinification: Grapes are manually selected on a sorting belt, fermentation with selected yeasts at 26 degrees C, maceration lasts 12 days
In the Cellar: 12 months in stainless steel tanks, aged in bottle for 6 months
Alcohol: 13.85%
