BORETTO onions in balsamic vinegar from Modena, two special ingredients which give this product a rich amber colour and the accurate sizing of the onions They are perfect in combination with cold buffets, pork dishes and a variety of cheeses.

Ingredients: Boretto onions, water, “Aceto Balsamico di Modena I.G.P.” 10% [vinegar (sulfur dioxide E220), concentrated grape must, coloring: caramel (E150d)], sunflower oil, sugar, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid E330.
