The Name LuLa is from Lucia and Laura daughter of Collosorbo, Cabernet Sauvignon and Sangiovese: two varieties, two personalities.
The structure and minerality of Sangiovese meet the extracts and elegance of Cabernet. The result is a warm and intense wine with full body characterized by a unique imprinting. Rich and charming taste, reflects its territory and its tradition. Well-suited for long aging.

Soil: Dry, Rocky
Harvest: Control of the ripening grapes and selection of the best ones; manual gathering of the grapes in small baskets, rapid transfer to the cellar.
Vinification: Soft pressing, alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature
Ageing: Sangiovese ages 18 months in big barrels of French oak (30 Hl) and Cabernet 18 months in medium toasted French barriques, followed by 6 months in bottle.
Tasting Notes: Bright ruby red, the fine bouquet offers violet and rose, intense red-berries and cherry aromas enriched by sweet spices and balsamic hints.
Austere and elegant on the palate with vibrant freshness, well-balanced and silky tannins; long finish with charming fruity aftertaste.
Food Pairing: Most kind of tuscan dishes; braised beef and veal, grilled pork, lamb shanks and mushrooms. Excellent with aged cheeses.
