Straw color with greenish reflections, fine and elegant aromatic scent, soft balanced flavor, with a good structure. Should be stored in a cool dark cellar, with constant temperature, dark. Ideal as an aperitif or with fish. Exceptional with shellfish.
The wine must be served at a temperature of about 10-12°C (50°F to 54°F)
