Natural Cuttlefish Ink – an organic substance extracted from the ink sac of Sepia officinalis (common cuttlefish).
A thick, deep black liquid obtained by extracting and filtering the ink contained in the animal's ink sac. Used as an ingredient or natural coloring in culinary preparations (pasta, risotto, sauces, etc.).
Fishing Area: Mediterranean Sea / Eastern Atlantic
