The Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI Sua Maestà Denso Dolce is the product that Acetaia Bellei has been producing since its origins. It is aged in barrique and comes from the union of the best quality cooked grape must, wine vinegar and balsamic vinegar. It is a condiment particularly appreciated for its light acidity (4%) and the high density of 1.35 given by the high percentage of cooked must that is used in the recipe unlike the classic balsamic vinegar of Modena PGI, which in fact has a higher acidity.
