This truffle honey is made from pure acacia honey to which pieces of dried summer truffle 'Tuber Aestivum Vitt have been added. A real natural product, without additives. Straight from the countryside in the Pietralunga area in the Umbria region.

How To Use Truffle Honey

You can use this honey with truffle for many dishes. From cold dishes such as meats and cheeses to more elaborate dishes such as roasted rabbit and stewed pears. It is delicious with milder cheeses such as sheep and goat cheese, but also with pecorino and Parmesan cheese, and with curd cheese and vanilla ice cream. This special delicacy even surprises on bread and fruit.

Crostini with truffle honey (4 people)
Requirements:
- 4 slices of homemade bread
- 8 slices of bacon
- 50 grams of truffle honey
- P ecorino / Parmesan cheese

Preparation:
Toast the slices of bread. Then place the bacon pieces with cheese on the bread and garnish with a spoonful of truffle honey.
