Method of preservation: after opening keep refrigerated up to 7 days.

Ingredients:

  • Butter 94%
  • Summer Truffle 5% (Tuber aestivum Vitt)
  • 0.1% prized black truffle (Tuber melanosporum Vitt)
  • Aromas

It may Contain traces of Tuber Brumale

Use: for optimal cooking we recommend using plenty of water. When boiling, add salt, pour the dough and mix gently after it has softened. Cooking time 2/3 minutes. Season with a little butter and serve hot. Add some cooking water at the end to keep the moisture

We advise you to cook black truffle tagliolini for two minutes in a large volume of boiling water, drain and finish cooking in a non-stick pan seasoning.
