More than 130 million years ago, the Euganean Hills emerged as an archipelago of volcanic islands. Today, their mineral-rich soils, sunny slopes, cool valleys, and alluvial deposits give this Cabernet remarkable structure, depth, and complexity. The result is a wine with intense aromas, vibrant colour, and a long, satisfying finish.
Tasting Notes
This Colli Euganei DOC Cabernet displays a deep ruby-red colour with brilliant intensity. On the nose, it offers rich aromas of ripe red berries, blackcurrant, and delicate spicy notes typical of the Cabernet varieties. The palate is harmonious, full-bodied, and well-balanced, with persistent flavours and smooth tannins that make it enjoyable both young and after further bottle ageing.
