The wild and very rustic Boar fully represents this wine, which is also rustic and apparently angular which breaks down any prejudice once tasted.
Fresh and fruity wine, 100% Montepulciano D'Abruzzo, comes from a late harvest of carefully selected grapes, vinified without any addition of sulphites and through spontaneous fermentation. The resulting wine is aged for a short period in steel, about 2 months and then in the bottle for at least 3 months
Vinificaition : Alcoholic fermentation on the skins by natural yeasts, in steel. Shortly after, the malolactic fermentation takes place spontaneously thanks to the lactic bacteria naturally present in the wine.
Nose : Intense, persistent and fine, intense and pleasant aromas of just ripe blackberry, black cherry, black currant and flowers such as violet.
Taste :Warm, dry, savory and with a touch of roughness that recalls the ancient flavors, well balanced and persistent. Accompanies first courses with sauce, red meats, roasts and aged cheeses.
Alcohol content: 14% Vol
Serving temperature: 16-18 ° C
